Blue Velvet is a boutique events space offering a choice of 2 bars and 3 function rooms, a commercial kitchen, dance floor, beer garden, and our walls are regularly used for the display of contemporary art. The venue is licensed till 4am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and until 1am on other days. Blue Velvet Bar & Nightclub began trading in 1998. The original owners, Cameron & Elisabeth continue to run the ever adaptable venue. Since its inception, Blue Velvet has hosted numerous dance parties, niche events and arts perfomances.
