"He was at France Soir from 1990 to 1996 and was their youngest ever head chef. He is now executive chef of Cafe Segovia in Block place, Cafe Biscotti in Block place and part owner of IDIBIDI in Brunswick st and Banc at Victoria Harbour. Has worked all around Melbourne at restaurants including Hairy Canary, The Argo, Dogs Bar. His real passion is catering, both big and small events."
